
Your Guide to the WWE ID Championship Tournament
WrestleMania week has arrived, and with it comes the launch of the highly anticipated WWE ID Championship Tournament in Las Vegas. This marks the beginning of an exciting journey to crown the inaugural champions of the newly introduced WWE Women’s and Men’s ID Championships.
Revealed on February 18th, both titles will be decided through two unique tournaments held across two major events: Game Changer Wrestling and Future Stars of Wrestling. The men’s competition will follow a double-elimination format—wrestlers are eliminated after two losses, with the final four advancing to a single-elimination bracket. On the women’s side, the tournament will adopt a round-robin format to determine who moves forward.

How to Watch the WWE ID Title Tournament
Both events—Game Changer Wrestling on April 16th and Future Stars of Wrestling on April 18th—will stream exclusively on TrillerTV+. The GCW portion of the tournament airs at 7:00 PM EST. FSW kicks off at 11:30 PM EST.

In a groundbreaking move, WWE launched their WWE ID program—an initiative designed to provide independent wrestlers with a clear pathway to a potential career in WWE.
The program supports independent wrestling prospects and schools with world-class training, development, and mentorship, strengthening and elevating the independent wrestling ecosystem. These prospects will receive developmental support while their journeys are followed by fans through curated behind-the-scenes content, as well as highlights and matches shared across WWE’s social platforms.
