WWE Raw: Live Results from December 31, 2018

Steel Cage Match: Drew McIntyre def. Dolph Ziggler.
The match is very back and forth. Towards the end, Drew keeps control until Ziggler suddenly jumps up and nails a Zig Zag. Ziggler readies for a superkick but McIntyre nails a Claymore kick. Ziggler goes to get up but Drew levels him with another big Claymore. McIntyre covers for the pin to win.
Battle Royal for a WWE Intercontinental Title Shot: Apollo Crews def. Finn Balor, Zack Ryder, Titus O’Neil, Curt Hawkins, Kalisto, Lince Dorado, Gran Metalik, Mojo Rawley, Konnor, Viktor, Bo Dallas, Curtis Axel, No Way Jose, Baron Corbin.
Dasha Fuentes is backstage with Natalya, she mentions Natalya’s 2019 but first wants to ask about last week’s loss to RAW women’s champion Ronda Rousey. She says 2018 was such a whirlwind of a year for her, losing her dad and everything was a lot to handle. But there were also a lot of great things, like Evolution and training with her friend Rousey. Natalya says she can’t wait to do it again, but at WrestleMania, which is why she’s entering the Royal Rumble. Nia Jax shows up and taunts Natalya. Tamina Snuka attacks from behind. They double team Natalya and destroy her as officials try to break it up.
Bayley, Sasha Banks and Ember Moon def. The Riott Squad.
Back from the break and the announcers lead us to a video package with highlights from Braun Strowman’s 2018. They plug Strowman vs. WWE universal champion Brock Lesnar, at the Royal Rumble.
Bobby Lashley def. Seth Rollins via DQ.
After the bell, Rollins gets a look in his eyes as he holds the chair. Rollins hits Lashley with the chair and brings it back into the ring, unloading with the chair. Rollins unloads on Rush as he comes to the aid of Lashley.
3-on-2 Handicap Match: Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers def. Rhyno and Heath Slater.
After the match, Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers celebrate as the music hits.
WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Dean Ambrose def. Apollo Crews.
We go backstage to Alexa Bliss. She says she made history with the women’s division in the short time she was involved but thanks to the McMahon Family, she will make history once again as she debuts her own talk show next Monday, “A Moment of Bliss.” Bliss says her first guest will be RAW women’s champion Ronda Rousey.
