The importance of AEW Full Gear

Read Time:2 Minute, 29 Second

The next and last PPV for AEW in 2019 will be Full Gear.

This PPV has been the focal point of build up over the last 5 weeks of TV matches. What happens on this PPV will determine the next moves of AEW on their TV going forward.

Full Gear will take place on November 9 at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland.

Cody vs. Jericho (C) for the AEW Championship

The build to this match can only be described as amazing so far. Jericho and Cody have some of the most entertaining segments to build this match that people can’t wait to see this match.

Inner Circle so far has done an awesome job as the heel faction of AEW, this PPV will determine how strong they will look and what’s next for them. Jericho is more likely to retain his championship and wait for the right opponent to take the championship off his hands.

The Young Bucks vs. Ortiz & Santana

Ortiz and Santana (aka LAX) made their debut at All Out attacking The Bucks after their insane match against the Lucha Bros. Santana and Ortiz need a really big win to establish them as a force to be feared in AEW’s tag team division, and a victory against the Bucks is just what they need to make that next step.

Omega vs. Moxley

Omega and Moxley in the few segments and encounter they had together they told a great story with a lot of in-ring storytelling. Moxley on the latest episode of Dynamite made a promo of the year contender threating Omega.

For Omega, this could be the match that puts him back on track and to establish him as number one contender for the AEW championship.

It is most likely that Moxley will win to establish him as a strong main eventer and an eventual contender for the AEW championship. With no doubts, this match could be a contender for match of the year if things go the right way.

Women’s Division

The women’s division is AEW’s current soft spot. AEW has yet to find something to click in the division to make stand out. Riho has connected with the AEW fans in a great way.

Full Gear could be what starts a great angle that will improve the women’s division in the eyes of fans and critics.

Time for Hangman Page to Shine

Hangman Page will face PAC at Full gear. Hangman Page really needs this win to establish him as a strong upper midcarder that at any moment will become an eventual main eventer.

In the latest episode of Dynamite, Page made a strong and short promo and a win against PAC could help him a lot.
