Read Time:2 Minute, 30 Second

When the UFC travels to different countries, one thing they like to do is stack up the fight card with area natives. In this piece, I will highlight some of the best fighters who will be showcasing their skills at Fight Night 151 in Ottawa.

5. Arjan Singh Bhullar

Bhullar, unranked UFC heavyweight, fights out of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. He holds a professional record of 8-1, with a UFC record of 2-1. He has 3 KOs and 5 decisions. In his last fight, he picked up a unanimous decision victory over Marcelo Golm on the Fight Night 138: Oezdemir vs Smith undercard.

Bhullar will be looking to bounce back from the first loss of his career, when he battles undefeated Juan Adams on Saturday night in Ottawa.

4. Aiemann Zahabi

Zahabi, unranked UFC bantamweight, fights out of Laval, Quebec, Canada. He holds a professional record of 7-1, with a UFC record of 1-1. He trains out of Tristar Gym, alongside trainers like his older brother, Firas Zahabi. Tristar is host to some of the best fighters in the world, such as Georges St. Pierre and Bellator Welterweight Champion, Rory MacDonald.

Zahabi will be looking to bounce back from the first loss of his career when he faces Vince Morales at Fight Night 151 in Ottawa.

3. Marc-Andre Barriault

Barriault, current TKO middleweight champion, will be making his UFC debut in Ottawa. He is from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. He holds a professional record of 11-1, with 8 KOs, and 3 decisions. His only loss came by way of split decision, when he lost to Jonathan Vallee at Hybrid Pro Series 4. Otherwise, Barriault remains undefeated since 2015.

We will see if he can make a big statement in the middleweight division on Saturday night in Ottawa.

2. Brad Katona

Katona, unranked UFC bantamweight is fairly new to the UFC. He is from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Katona holds a professional record of 8-0, with 1 KO, 2 submissions, and 5 decisions. Katona holds wins over Bryce Mitchell, Jay Cucciniello and Matthew Lopez. He is currently 1-0 in the UFC. Katona trains out of SBG Ireland.

He looks to improve his UFC record to 2-0 when he faces Merab Dvalishvili on Saturday night.

1. Elias Theodorou

Theodorou, #13 ranked middleweight, is from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Theodorou holds a professional record of 16-2, with 6 KOs and 9 decisions. He’s currently on a 3-fight win streak, with wins over Dan Kelly, Trevor Smith and Eryk Anders.

He’s won 5 of his last 6 fights and looks to add one more name to his resume with a win over #8 ranked Derek Brunson this Saturday.

This fight card is literally jam-packed with good fights and great prospects from Canada.
