Randy Costa took to Twitter to call out Sean O’Malley for a fight this fall in Massachusetts.

“The Zohan” (4-1 MMA) recently made his UFC debut at UFC 238 against Brandon Davis. The New England fighter now eyes a spot on the UFC Boston card taking place Friday, October 18, and hopes to drag O’Malley into a scrap inside TD Garden.

O’Malley (10-0 MMA) tweeted after watching UFC 239, hoping to reschedule a fight with Chito Vera on August 17 at UFC 241. Costa saw the tweet and was quick to call out the bantamweight, exchanging verbal jabs with O’Malley on Twitter. Unfortunately for Sean, he is temporarily suspended and recently forced to withdraw from his fight with Vera in Las Vegas.

“USADA has notified me that ostarine, the substance that showed up in my system last year and led to USADA sanctioning me, has resurfaced at an extremely low level in two recent tests,” O’Malley wrote on Instagram. “The good news is that USADA says this is most likely residual from last year and that the low level is providing me with no performance advantage. That’s why USADA is not re-sanctioning me for these test results. I already served a USADA sanction for the presence of ostarine in my system, and it has decreased dramatically since last year.”

Although 0-1 in the UFC, Costa is a highly touted prospect from the New England scene, coming into the UFC with an undefeated record. If O’Malley is still suspended over the next few months, a fight at UFC Boston could be ideal for “Suga,” and Costa wouldn’t mind welcoming him to Boston, on a card destined to be stacked with New England’s best.
