The Scrap has NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool results for every match and promo on the first-ever TakeOver of the new brand.

Advertised for tonight: WWE UK Title Match between Joe Coffey vs Pete Dunne, Toni Storm vs Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women’s Champion and Mustache Mountain vs James Drake and Zack Gibson for the inaugural NXT UK Tag Team titles.

Back from break, we see Pete Dunne backstage taping up his hands before they show Devlin attacking Banks upon his arrival to the arena.

Travis Banks vs Jordan Devlin is next.

The match never officially begins as Banks jumps out of the ring to attack Devlin. Devlin ends up injuring Banks and the backup plan is revealed by the general manager and his assistant.

Out comes the first-ever WWE Universal Champion, Finn Balor.

Back from break, we see Joe Coffey getting ready for his championship matchup later tonight.

At the end of the match, Walter’s music hits and he makes his way to the ring. Walter and Dunne stare at each other from afar before getting closer. Coffey tries to get back in the ring, but Walter kicks him back down.

The fans chant “Walter” while Dunne and Walter stare each other down. Walter then leaves the ring, signaling a future matchup against the longest reigning champion.
