Landon Quiñones previews UFC 303: Pereira vs. Procházka 2
The only thing better than breaking down a fun UFC main event is having an experienced fighter on hand to help you do so. This time, UFC lightweight, Landon Quiñones, helped preview the new main event of UFC 303. He was able to provide some great insight on the matchup from a true fighters perspective. Out of all the UFC main event previews we have done, this might just be the best one to date…
Alex Pereira steps in on short notice once again as he takes on Jiří Procházka in a rematch for the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship. If you truly think that Procházka has no chance in this fight, go and watch their first fight back in November. Prior to the knockout, we saw a very competitive fight between two of the best light heavyweights on the planet. One can even make the case that Jiří was slightly ahead on the scorecards, although Landon would disagree.
The lightweight prospect gives us a deeper look into why he feels “Poatan” gets the job done once again in his second title defense. We also highlight some of the key factors for Jiří Procházka as he looks to reclaim gold against one of the scariest fighters in MMA history. This is a matchup between two absolute characters that were probably born in the wrong era of humanity. Pereira and Procházka truly embody the warrior spirit, not just with their fighting ability, but with their dedication to the art beyond the cage.
UFC 303 goes down during International Fight Week in Las Vegas, Nevada. Despite the loss of original main event and co-main event, the promotion has been working tirelessly to bring us a show worthy of watching.
