A fourth consecutive defeat has triggered the retirement of fight veteran Jimi Manuwa. The quick KO loss against Aleksandar Rakic at UFC Stockholm brings an end to a career full of exciting fights and big knockouts.

The British light heavyweight made the announcement via social media this morning.

The 39 year old Londoner was never in a dull fight, bringing a kill or be killed mentality to the cage every time he fought. With 15 highlight reel knockouts on his record, Jimi Manauwa will be fondly remembered as a serious puncher who loved to go to war.

We at The Scrap wish him a very happy retirement!
