Read Time:1 Minute, 8 Second

Houssam “The Moroccan Maniac” El Kasri (1-0 MMA) makes his MMA return when he faces Jack Girard (5-4 Amateur MMA) at Sparta Combat League: Fight Night Live on May 18 in Golden, Colorado.

This fight marks El Kasri’s second professional fight after beating Rowdy Akers at Infamous MMA 2 via doctor’s stoppage. El Kasri is also a professional kickboxer with a 2-1 record under the Glory banner and plans to get his second professional MMA win, first at bantamweight.

Jack Girard makes his professional MMA debut coming off a loss vs Zach Haynes at Real MMA 18. He holds notable wins over Anel Dudo, Michael Beals, and Rob Fuller. Fighting for the first time this year, Girard looks to get his first professional win against El Kasri when they meet this month.

There seems to be history between these fighters heading into their bout. El Kasri posted a video on his Facebook announcing the fight, he mentions Girard running his mouth and that he plans to knock him out when the cage doors are locked.

Don’t miss the action live inside the Jeffco Fairgrounds Arena, fights kick off at 7pm MT and doors open at 6pm. This is a fight you don’t want to miss.
