Four (Way Too Early) Match Predictions for WrestleMania 41

Read Time:2 Minute, 32 Second

Although we are just over a month removed from WrestleMania 40, the Road to WrestleMania 41 has already begun with Las Vegas being announced as the location for the massive event. Plans are already being finalized for what could be WWE’s biggest WrestleMania ever.

Let’s take a look at four matches that could take place at Raiders Stadium next April.

Bianca Belair vs. Jade Cargill

The groundwork is already being put down for this match. Although the two are currently Women’s Tag Team Champions, historically, the tag teams in the women’s division don’t last too long. Some could argue that these two have been partnered together with the sole purpose of being split up. We have seen some subtle teases of a more heel-based Bianca recently, and it could lead to an eventual turn. Although WrestleMania is still far away, this feud can easily be dragged out until then and given a massive platform.

Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther

Assuming Cody does not face The Rock in Las Vegas, there are a couple of options that stand out among the roster. One option would be Randy Orton… But ultimately, a Gunther feud would be better for the show of shows. There is a story already built in of course, with Cody eliminating Gunther at the Royal Rumble to punch his ticket to WrestleMania 39. At the end of that match, Cody and Gunther put on a mini-match, which was stellar. One can only imagine what these two would do with a night one main event. It is a match that could easily steal the weekend, and perhaps be Gunther’s crowning moment.

CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins

Of course, we were supposed to see this match in Philadelphia. But WWE should run it back. Currently CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre is the best thing on Raw right now, despite them not being able to wrestle. But those two will have their collision at SummerSlam, and then go separate ways. Despite the World Heavyweight Title picture being unclear at this point, an eventual Punk vs. Rollins match could go down with no title on the line. The build we were beginning to see between these two heading into WrestleMania 40 was incredible TV. The build to WrestleMania 41 would be just as good.

Roman Reigns vs. The Rock

There is no hypothetical match in WWE right now that screams Raider Stadium and Las Vegas more than Roman Reigns vs. The Rock. It is a match that will no doubt attract a casual audience. It has potential to also culminate the best WWE storyline of the past twenty years. A babyface Roman Reigns returning to the company to square off with The Final Boss would be magic. Perhaps you throw in a New vs. Old Bloodline Match in there too… Who knows, but this could definitely be a WrestleMania build for the ages.
