Elvis Harrison: The Biggest Heel in Spain

Read Time:4 Minute, 24 Second

Being a heel in the current wrestling world is very difficult. Wrestlers like MJF, Jay White, and KENTA are some of the best heels in the world, but one name people should put on this list is Elvis Harrison.

To many, he’s considered a genius and others as despicable, willing to do anything to secure himself victory. Elvis Harrison is with no doubts the biggest heel wrestler in Spain and maybe one day of the world.

For those who don’t know, can you tell us a little about you?

“At this point of the movie, people, everyone who is a fan of wrestling in Spain and outside of it should know who I am … but ok I’ll tell you…

I am Elvis Harrison! Former two-time Tag Team Champion and two-time Level One Champion.

I’ve been a wrestler since 2013 thanks to Triple W, and watching it since I was a kid thanks to my father. I’m a fan of 80s and 90s wrestling. The current wrestling is just boring to me. Every wrestler just looks the same, they don’t have charisma and can’t even cut a promo.

I’m the current Level One Champion and I am the responsible of bringing darkness back to Triple W.”

What can you tell us about the rumors of ´The Black Hand´?

“Like I explained in my last promo, those were just stories from The Conquistador. He’s been telling these stories about the black hand since last year.

Like I mentioned recently, I only went to The Black Hand for advice, but he’s the only one able to control everything from the shadows. I have the honor of being his successor, receiving the KAOS Championship – and with it, my reign of terror will be legendary.”

Recently you viciously attacked Tavares de la Mancha, but weeks later he returned the favor, What can you tell us about this?

“This man just does not get the message, but it’s OK, I will gladly do it again and this time he will understand the message once and for all.

What really pisses me off is the fact that Level One this last few weeks was a paradise without him and he had to ruin everything my coming back and putting his filthy hands on me.

I gave this clown the chance to just walk away and tell his stupid stories somewhere else, but no one makes Elvis Harrison look like a fool and next time we are in a ring toegther it will be the last match in Tavares’s career.”

What’s your next objetive?

“I don’t have many opponents left. I’ve defeated every one that was called ‘the future of Spanish wrestling’, I’ve defeated Orión, former Triple W Champion; I also took care of Adriano Genovese, former champion of Riot. I’ve been Level One champion for 8 months. In February, I will have my ninth title defense.

The Level One Championship is the most prestigious championship in all Triple W. Some people may not share this opinion, but my work proves otherwise. Also I currently have the KAOS Championship.

My next objective is to become the biggest heel in Triple W and Spain. I don’t want cheers or the love of the crowd, everything I’ve done is because of me and only me.

I promise that before #LaTemporada ends, I will add another championship to my collection.”

For those not familiar to Level One, what can you tell us about this project?

“Level One was created as an alternative, a somewhat of a developmental system, because in 2014 the concept became popular because of NXT.

People may not know this or just don’t remember it, but back in the season 2013\2014, I took the mic and I made things straight for that gangster Coajim, general manager of Triple W, and I created Level One.

I gave opportunities to young talent and wrestlers like Yunke, Jupiter, Joey Foxxx, Orión, Los Radical Bikers, and Carlos Romo.

The current Level One, does not have a future, the current young talent is horrendous and don’t deserve to be in a ring. The fans don’t care about those jabronis, I am the only reason people watch Level One. I am the reason of most recent success of Level One and not to people like Rizo and Zozaya, that ever since I’ve beat them, I’ve have not returned to Level One.

I created Level One and I will be the one that destroys it and be its final champion.”

What can you tell is about the videos you make?

“I have luck of being friends with Mazinhogan and his production company that helps me make my promos. It’s an interesting way to tell stories about me.

They are inspired by some of the most interesting films like Star Wars or Tarantino movies.

Wrestling, not just moves, its about giving people something to get hooked by and that’s something current wrestling does not understand. This is a cool way to engage people to the product and make them want to come to shows and see us wrestle”.
