
Dylan Nadler looks at working on mental skills, like training a physical skill
Many athletes often neglect their minds, and tend to focus solely on their physical performance, especially in combat sports. Having been a combat champion himself, Dylan Nadler saw the need for mental training in his own career. Wanting to spread his achievements in strengthening his mind for performance, Dylan founded Mindlock Mental Training in hopes of providing top-level athletes a mental edge in their game.
There is unfortunately not a lot of focus on mental health training in sports. Mindlock looks to be a pioneer when it comes to putting an importance on training the mind as well as the physical body. Having helped hundreds of athletes and champions since founding Mindlock, Dylan joins Jake Noecker from The Scrap to discuss his company’s mission, their goals, their practice & methods, athlete’s achievements, and what the future has in store for the brand…
