The UFC brings its world-class talent to Kansas City this Saturday, April 26, for what promises to be a night full of bangers. Onama, 30, hopes to crack the top fifteen rankings with an impressive win over Chikadze. This is easily the tallest task of his career, given Chikadze’s experience and fight-finishing abilities. Like his opponent, Onama has claimed over two performance bonuses during his time with the UFC. He had a rough start to his UFC run, losing his debut and going 2-2 in his first four fights. But, he engaged in an all-time classic battle with fan-favorite Nate Landwehr in August 2022. Onama showed valiant efforts in this relentless bloodbath but ultimately fell short via majority decision after three hard-fought rounds. Since that loss, he has shown vast improvements in his game. He is now on a three-fight win streak with a chance at the top fifteen rankings.

Fans should not overlook this epic showdown. The stylistic pairing makes for great viewing and can produce the best fight on the entire card.
