AEW All Out preview: Is it time to crown MJF?

Read Time:2 Minute, 35 Second

The second edition of All Out will take place on Saturday, September 5 at Daily’s Place and will have fans in attendance (10 percent capacity). This will be the first pay-per-view for AEW with the fans in the arena since Revolution in February.

The card for All Out is set so let’s look at some of the more interesting bouts of this PPV.

(C)Jon Moxley vs. MJF for the AEW championship

The main event of this year’s edition of All Out will be between Jon Moxley and MJF. The build for this match has been entertaining especially in the promo department. MJF has been outstanding being the “bad guy” of the feud with great promos and actions.

Moxley is one of the best world champions in pro-wrestling right now. He is solid in his matches and promos every week.

Picking a winner of this match is difficult, you can make a great case for either man to win the championship, but at the end of the day, Moxley will keep the AEW championship for now.

(C)Hikaru Shida vs. ThUnder Rosa for the AEW women’s championship

The current AEW women’s champion Hikaru Shida will face the current NWA women’s champion, Thunder Rosa. Both wrestlers are talented and this match won’t be short of action.

The build for this bout has been simple yet effective. This match feels like a big deal and one of the marquee matches of the PPV.

Picking a winner for this one is similar to the previous entry, it’s tough, however, Shida is most likely to retain the AEW women’s championship.

(C)Kenny Omega & “Hangman” Adam Page vs. FTR W/ Tully Blanchard for the AEW tag team championship

The best tag team of 2020 is with no doubt Kenny Omega and Adam Page. They will face another one of the best tag teams in the world, FTR.

This match will undeniably be a match of the year contender considering the teams involved. This bout will also determine the direction of what will happen to Omega who has been teasing the return of “The Cleaner” and “Hangman” no longer being part of The Elite will play important parts in the story of this match.

The winner of this match will be FTR and afterward, the build for the dream match against The Young Bucks will begin.

Orange Cassidy vs. Chris Jericho – Mimosa Mayhem match

This match will be very interesting to watch. Their bouts so far have been a hit or miss with fans and critics. Orange Cassidy and Chris Jericho need to bring their A-games to deliver a great match especially considering this bout is a Mimosa Mayhem match.

The winner of this match will most likely be Orange Cassidy and end their feud once and for all.

Rest of the card

The rest of the card will also be very entertaining and should not be overlooked. These matches are:

  • 21-man Casino Battle Royale
  • The Dark Order vs. Matt Cardona, Scorpio Sky, QT Marshall, and Dustin Rhodes
  • Matt Hardy vs. Sammy Guevara – Broken Rules match
