Floyd Mayweather-Logan Paul exhibition postponed, date TBD

At least one of YouTube’s popular yet controversial Paul brothers—Logan and Jake—won’t be cashing in on a Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather payday anytime soon. Logan Paul confirmed their planned exhibition bout has been postponed.
Mayweather and Paul were set to square off in a pay-per-view bout on Feb. 20. The online platform Fanmio, responsible for hosting the event, had announced a tiered price structure. However, no further details such as rules, location, and undercard fights were announced prior to the postponement. Paul said the postponement is due to “business complications”.
Fans who intended to buy the event early would have paid $24.99 for the first one million pay-per-views sold, $39.99 after one million sold, $59.99 for buys on or after Dec. 29, and $79.99 after Feb. 11, which is up from the originally reported $69.99.
Paul said the postponement is due to “business complications”. He took to YouTube to say he was fine with the delay as details still need to be “ironed out” and his training would continue. Logan Paul is 0-1 in boxing after a split decision loss to fellow YouTube star Olajide William Olatunji, known online as ‘KSI’.
“[Mayweather’s] got a lot of people on his team, [his adviser] Al Haymon got involved, if you know boxing, you know what that means for getting an actual deal done and figuring out a venue. I need as much practice, training, sparring under my belt against this guy. With every day that goes past, I get better and he gets older,” Paul said.
Mayweather indicated on Instagram he plans to face both Paul brothers in 2021 along with a “winner take along” event against rap star Curtis ‘50 Cent’ Jackson.

Jake Paul is 2-0 after wins against Ali Eson Gib and NBA veteran Nate Robinson. Both victories were by KO/TKO.
Jake Paul is scheduled to face former MMA champion and UFC veteran, Ben Askren, in a boxing bout on April 17. Mayweather said he would face Jake if he is victorious against Askren.
The 50-0 Mayweather last stopped UFC’s Conor McGregor after 10 rounds before doing the same to Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in the first round of their exhibition bout in 2018.
