A welterweight clash has officially been set for UFC Norfolk early next year.

“The Austrian Wonderboy” (19-3) will face the undefeated Sean Brady (11-0) on February 23 inside the Chartway Arena.

Naurdiev is coming off an active 2019, fighting four times, three of those in the UFC. His most recent win came via unanimous decision over Siyar Bahadurzada, after losing to Chance Rencountre two months prior.

Brady will make his second UFC walk early next year. The Pennsylvania stud is now the fourth Dana White’s Contender Series alum booked for the card. Currently on a 15-fight win streak that stems into his amateur career, Sean is a prospect at welterweight with 5 finishes on his resume on his perfect record.

UFC Norfolk will be headlined by Joseph Benavidez vs. Deiveson Figueiredo for the vacant flyweight championship and will be streamed on ESPN+.

Confirmed bouts for the card:

  • Joseph Benavidez vs. Deiveson Figueiredo – Flyweight Championship
  • Megan Anderson vs. Norma Dumont
  • Felicia Spencer vs. Zarah Fairn
  • Brendan Allen vs. Tom Breese
  • Gabriel Phillips vs. Kyler Phillips
  • Ismail Naurdiev vs. Sean Brady
  • Steven Peterson vs. Aalon Cruz
  • TJ Brown vs. Jordan Griffin
