UFC Fight Night 149 takes place on Saturday, April 20th at Yubileyny Sports Palace in St. Petersburg, Russia. The prelims start at 10:15am ET and the main card starting at 1:00pm EDT with the duration of the card being presented by ESPN+.
Below are some of the best and most underrated fights to watch on the card:
Magomed Mustafaev vs Rafael Fiziev (Lightweight)
UFC’s 155-pound division keeps on rolling as Magomed Mustafaev takes on Rafael Fiziev in this preliminary bout. Mustafaev holds a professional record of 13-2, with a UFC record of 2-1. He has 9 KOs and 4 submissions. He was riding a 12-fight win streak before having it snapped by lightweight contender Kevin Lee in November of 2016. Mustafaev looks to make his UFC return and test his skills against undefeated prospect in their UFC debut, Rafael Fiziev. Fiziev holds a professional record of 6-0, with 5 KOs, and 1 submission.
With Mustafaev looking to come back strong in his UFC return and Fiziev making his UFC debut, I think this will be an exciting fight.
Alexander Yakovlev vs Alex da Silva (Lightweight)
UFC lightweights collide as Alexander Yakovlev takes on Alex da Silva in this preliminary bout. Yakovlev holds a professional record of 23-8-1, with 9 KOs, 8 submissions, and 6 decisions. Yakovlev’s last performance was in November 2016, when he lost to Zak Cummings via Armbar. His opponent da Silva, holds a professional record of 20-1, with 13 KOs, and 7 submissions. His only loss has been by unanimous decision. da Silva has never been finished in his 21-fight career so far and he will be looking to continue that run when he makes his UFC debut against Yakovlev.

Movsar Evloev vs Sung Woo Choi (Featherweight)
UFC featherweights clash as undefeated M-1 prospect Movsar Evloev takes on Sung Woo Choi in this preliminary bout. Evloev holds a professional record of 10-0, with 3 KOs, 4 submissions, and 3 decisions. Evloev’s most recent performance was in July of 2018, when he finished Rafael Dias by fifth round knockout. Evloev will look to keep his undefeated streak alive when he takes on Sung Woo Choi. Choi holds a professional record of 7-1, with 5 KOs, and 2 decisions. Choi’s only defeat came in March of 2017, when he was knocked out by Jae Woong Kim in the very first round. Since then, Choi has come back strong by winning the rematch with Kim by second-round knockout.
Choi is currently on a 2-fight win streak and surely will be looking to keep the momentum going as he battles Evloev in St. Petersburg.
