The Scrap’s 2019 Most Creative Column: Ladies of the Indies
There is no doubt that Austin Luff’s Ladies of the Indies column was the most creative on The Scrap in 2019.
Although it was very short lived, Luff brought something new to the table that highlighted the often overlooked independent scene. To top things off, he created a platform for the women to have a voice in their story being highlighted, sometimes for the very first time.
We got to hear how many got started in Pro Wrestling, their favorite matches and highlights of their career thus far, their ultimate dreams/goals, and their thoughts on the Women’s Revolution happening in WWE.
Names interviewed by Austin for this column:
May was nominated for our 2019 Indie Wrestler to Watch thanks to Luff and could very well win the award after a great year. Because of this, we hope to see the return of Ladies of the Indies in 2020.
Help us congratulate Austin Luff for having the Most Creative Column of 2019!
