The Scrap’s 2019 International Writer of the Year: Caroline Romero

Read Time:1 Minute, 5 Second

The Scrap expanded into many countries this year with writers on staff and The Ultimate Writer.

We were able to hire content producers in UK, Spain, Canada, and various parts in the United States. When during Season 2 of TUW, we slowly reached Puerto Rico and Brazil.

Now we may have plenty of writers that are International, but when you talk about the writer who has made the most impact, look no further than Caroline Romero.

Caroline joined our team in August as a MMA writer. Coming back into the writing game after time away, she decided to write for us and came with so many creative pieces that caught the attention of many in Canada.

Not only does she have more views than people who have worked for us all year, she’s been able to connect with a different audience such as other MMA mothers who share her work all the time.

She’s a hustler. She’s a phenomenal mother to three kids who participate in some form of Combat Sports/Martial Arts and now she is our 2019 International Writer of the Year.

We are extremely proud to announce that Caroline Romero will officially be joining us as a paid writer starting this month.
