Unbeaten prospect Isaac Moreno humble, patient ahead of Fury FC 42 title fight

At 22 years old, Isaac Moreno’s MMA career may be just getting started, but martial arts has been a staple in his life since the beginning.

“Primetime” will make his fifth amateur appearance this Sunday when he faces Juan Zamudio at Fury FC 42 for the promotion’s amateur welterweight title. The event takes place at the Bayou Event Center in Houston, Texas.

Moreno recently joined The Scrap to discuss how he got into the sport, being a martial artist since he was three years old, his father being a big part of his MMA career, how he sees the fight playing out, when he may be ready to go from ammy to pro, comparisons to Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson, and more.
